For wellness clinics

Give your patients a way to see and re-tune their inner operating system.

LiberateOS delivers a complete neurofeedback VR system — EEG headband, adaptive software, and a Provider Dashboard — designed for real clinic environments, not research labs.

Why clinic owners choose LiberateOS

  • A service line that stands apart

Offer a session type no standard clinic has. Neurofeedback VR is compelling, measurable, and the kind of experience patients mention to friends — not one they forget.

  • Observable outcomes, every session

Replace subjective impressions with actual signal. Calm, focus, and cognitive-load readings are there in your dashboard after every session — ready to anchor the debrief conversation.

  • The system guides the patient

Once the headband is fitted, the adaptive environment does the work. You don't manage the VR — you review the data. Onboarding a new patient takes minutes, not a course.

  • One complete, integrated system

EEG headband, Quest VR headset, adaptive software, and the Provider Dashboard. One vendor. One support relationship. One data model. No integration headache.

  • Privacy your patients can trust

Brain data is biometric data. We handle it with the care that modern biometric-privacy law requires — and that your patients deserve. Pseudonymous by design, consented per session.

  • Built for the clinic, not the lab

Designed for a real clinical environment: quick setup, reliable hardware, a dashboard that any member of your team can use confidently without a technical background.

What a session looks like in your clinic

  1. 1

    Patient intake

Assign a pseudonym in the dashboard, record per-session consent, and note any contraindications. The system is ready in two minutes.

  2. 2

    Fit and calibrate

Help the patient fit the EEG headband. The system reads their individual baseline — their calm and focus signature, at rest — before the session begins.

  3. 3

    Run the session

The patient puts on the Quest headset and enters the adaptive environment. The system responds to their brain state in real time. You monitor from the dashboard; no adjustments needed.

  4. 4

    Review and reflect

After the session, the dashboard surfaces calm, focus, and cognitive-load trends. Use these as the anchor for your debrief conversation with the patient.

Frequently asked questions

Is LiberateOS a medical device?
No. LiberateOS is a wellness platform — it is not a medical device, does not make diagnostic or therapeutic claims, and is not a substitute for clinical treatment. It is designed as a complement to existing wellness and therapeutic practices, not a replacement.
What EEG headband do you use?
LiberateOS integrates with a consumer-grade, dry-electrode EEG headband that requires no gel and fits in minutes. The exact hardware is confirmed during the onboarding process. We do not publish the specific model publicly as our integration is hardware-version-specific.
Does my clinic need technical staff to run sessions?
No. Once set up, running a session requires only fitting the headband and starting the session from the dashboard. We train all relevant staff during onboarding. Technical expertise is not required.
Where is patient brain data stored?
All session data is stored in a single dedicated cloud region. No patient data leaves that region. Data is pseudonymous — the cloud system never holds a patient's real name or personal identifiers.
What does 'pseudonymous by design' mean in practice?
Your clinic assigns each patient a pseudonym (a random identifier) in the dashboard. The LiberateOS cloud system only ever sees that pseudonym — never a name, date of birth, or any other personal identifier. Your clinic's own records maintain the mapping between pseudonym and real patient. This is a structural architectural decision (ADR-0021), not a configuration option.
Is consent managed per session?
Yes. Consent is recorded at the session level and is revocable. The dashboard tracks consent status for every session.
What happens to the data if we cancel?
You receive a full data export in a documented format before your account is closed. We do not retain session data after account closure beyond the legally required minimum retention period.
What is the pilot timeline?
We are targeting a Q1 2027 pilot launch with a small founding cohort of clinics. If you are interested in joining the pilot, please use the demo request form and mention your interest explicitly.
Do you support multi-room or multi-location clinics?
Yes. The dashboard navigation is structured by clinic → location → room → session. Multi-site is supported from the architecture level; the Multi-site package formalises this with cross-location reporting.
